In June 2020, Monsieur Chaussure decided to entrust its logistics to the service provider L4 Logistics for a period of 3 years.

Monsieur Chaussure's ambition is to be able to offer even shorter lead times to its customers, with a target of 24 hours and an error rate on order preparation of less than 0.2%.

In the interest of transparency, Monsieur Chaussure wishes to communicate the various news and developments of this partnership between Monsieur Chaussure and L4 Logistics.

After 2 years of collaboration, the period has allowed identifying the points to be developed to allow L4 Logistics to reach the objectives set by Mr. Chaussure.

Monsieur Chaussure and L4 Logistics are discussing a new contractual framework for the renewal of this collaboration for a further 3 years.

The objective of these exchanges is to be able to guarantee Monsieur Chaussure's customers 99.8% of orders shipped on time despite the strong growth of online orders.
