Men's size too small for a 45

It is a very well designed product, the plastic is flexible and strong, the nails are well placed, and resistant to abrasion.
These soles are very attractive, but unfortunately far too fragile: after three uses (around 2 hours in total), three studs on the right sole had disappeared! hence a little surprise slip... I had used another model, from another brand for ten years, in the same conditions, without the slightest problem! I should have kept them...
