I bought a leather goods care kit. Upon receipt, each product was wrapped in large papers. I thought that these large papers were used to prop up the small cardboard package inside that was supposed to contain the kit (but which in fact was empty) and I pulled one of them a little roughly. The little pot hidden inside fell and broke. The same evening, so afterwards, I received an email telling me that everything was packaged separately and to be careful. I wrote to indicate that it would have been good to inform myself beforehand which would have prevented me from breaking a jar of product. No response, no return. Satisfied with the product but not with the marketing and sales service.
