You order the service and our team sends you a pre-paid voucher so that your shoes can be transported to our workshop.

After receiving your shoes, our workshop manager lightly incises the old sole. to remove it without damaging the rest of the shoe. He clears and cleans the surface to even it out before proceeding with the change. Finally, he will create the new sole before gluing it precisely to the shape of the shoe. In order to solidify the new sole, our shoemaker sews the new sole in the original shoe construction.

Shoe repair services are carried out exclusively in Monsieur Chaussure workshops in Paris by salaried shoemakers Monsieur Chaussure.

Your shoes are checked by the workshop chief.
