Description.

We apply a fabric softener inside and outside your shoes or boots and then place your pair on our machine.

The shape will gently spread your pair to relax the leather without risking damaging it.

Shoe repair services are carried out exclusively in Monsieur Chaussure workshops in Paris by salaried shoemakers Monsieur Chaussure.

Your shoes are checked by the workshop chief.
If we need more information, a manager will call you, otherwise the requested work will begin.

The usual deadline for this service is from one week to 10 days.

Long and inefficient formatting

I dropped off a pair of Prada ankle boots for the first time at the end of January to shape my instep, I had to wait 15 days to get them back and as they still hurt; I put them back in mid-February and I had to wait 3 weeks, go through three times because the seller couldn't find them and... they still hurt me!

Dear Customer, We have indeed had some delays following the expansion work on our workshop. Shaping the instep allows for the widening of this part to a certain extent. Our shoemaker has carried out this procedure as much as possible but cannot do more otherwise the leather will be damaged. However, we offer you our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
