You order the service from home, send us your pair of boots. Our workshop manager receives it, checks that your service meets the needs of the shoe and then carries out the service in our workshop. The service we provide meets Mr Shoe's quality requirements: it includes a deep cleaning to remove all stains and then a re-pigmentation of damaged areas with a renovation spray. This step allows us to add pigments to the shoes so that they regain their original colour and soften them to regain their velvet appearance. To finish the renovation, we waterproof it to protect the renovation and protect it from the weather. We send it back to you as new.

To make the effects of the renovation last, we advise you to take a Monsieur Chaussure care kit with you.

Shoe repair services are carried out exclusively in Monsieur Chaussure workshops in Paris by salaried shoemakers Monsieur Chaussure.

Your shoes are checked by the workshop chief.
If we need more information, a manager will call you, otherwise the requested work will begin.

The usual deadline for this service is from one week to 10 days.
