How to use this product.
Apply the cream only to leather that has been dusted and cleaned with cleaning milk so that it is fully prepared following the interview.
Apply the shoe polish in small circular movements using a chamoisine. Feel free to use product until your leather can't absorb any more, let it dry for 30 minutes, then run a clean cloth over the leather to wipe off any shoe polish residue.
We advise you to apply a shoe polish on your leather to make it shine, waterproof it and protect it from external aggressions.

Colorless...another bad product here...and an after-sales service that will say "yes it's clear, buy another product"?
Good morning, We are sorry for the problem you encountered. Before applying cream, you should always clean your shoes, just like when you remove makeup from your face before applying moisturizer. Then the cream will nourish the leather and support the color, but will not change the color if the leather is darker, nor will it cover the leather since it is not a dye but a product that penetrates into the pores leather. After creaming the leather, it is necessary to polish it to activate the product, i.e. to bring out the color and make the waxes contained in the cream shine. If the desired goal is to recolor, perhaps this color is too light and you need to go a tone higher.
