The spray tip was detached and there was no way to put it back on. It emptied without me being able to stop it and use it.

Product that I buy often, it does its job very well. I always have a bottle within reach in my shoe closet. I use it on nubuck/suede type leathers of shoes or my handbags that I want to protect from the rain or just from the dust which could nestle in these leathers which are so fragile and difficult to maintain. It protects well, very happy.

I find the spray a little light, it leaves a light mist. I would have liked a product that was a little wetter. As for the waterproofing power, sorry but I didn't find it to be huge compared to a large-scale product. After-sales service response: Large-area waterproofers contain silicone which will clog and dry the leather prematurely, not to mention the risk of white spots. For optimal use of your waterproofing, use it 2 to 3 times over several days before wearing the shoes to create a protective barrier that will allow the leather to breathe. Once this barrier is created, use it once a week during rainy periods.
